Equine Energy Work

Like us, your pet has a mind, a body and a energetic
side. Your vet treats the body. Training treats the
mind and energy work practitioners treat the spirit or
the energy body. To many people this seems very
weird and foreign and even strange. However, when
you understand what energy work is and you see its
effects you won’t think it so odd.

In holistic therapies the whole horse is taken into
account.
When your horse isn't performing physically as they
should or when they have a physical illness or injury
the vet takes care of it.

Mentally, some days our horses are happy and some
days they just can’t think straight, just like us. Often
they just need a little vacation too.

Now think of your horse's spirit. We all know the
spirit of our horses. You can see it in their eyes, in
their demeanor. Often in abused horses their spirit has
been damaged. Anyone who has looked into the eyes
of an abused or starving horse knows that their spark
is gone. This is one of the indications of the state of
their spirit.

Now you have the whole picture of your horse, body,
mind and spirit.

What to expect during treatment:

I am familiar with the pathways that your horses
energy should be traveling in. I will simply spend
some time getting to know the horse first. Then I will
lay my hands either on the horse or just above certain
areas of their physical body and begin balancing out
their energy.
Some people call this Reiki, Polarity Therapy, or
Healing Touch.
The result will be a more balanced horse. You may
see an immediate change in your horse’s attitude.
Often they become very calm and more focused.
Sometimes they nearly fall asleep.
